Purpose and fair use

LEAST is a personal Screen Time challenge. You may use it only lawfully and must not disrupt, misuse, copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app or microsite except where applicable law permits it.

Screen Time results and reminders

Rankings and streaks depend on Screen Time information and system behavior provided by Apple. Results may be delayed, unavailable, or affected by iOS settings. Reminders are a convenience and are not guaranteed to arrive at an exact time.

App Store and licence terms

Distribution, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple where applicable. If no custom end-user licence applies, Apple's Standard EULA applies. These Terms do not replace mandatory consumer rights.

Availability, intellectual property, and liability

Blue Snake may update, change, or discontinue LEAST. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Original LEAST and Blue Snake software, design, website, and content remain the property of Blue Snake or its licensors. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law; mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Governing law and contact
